APPLIROX DP100 is an high performance anti-migrating agent for digital printing.
APPLIROX DP100 is suitable for all cellulosic fibers printed with reactive inks.
APPLIROX DP100 has the following main properties:
– prevent migrating or bleeding of the inks during the steaming step
– outstanding color yield and brightness
– does not affect the fastness
– excellent definition of the patterns
– does not cause film during the drying; it means no residuals on the guiding rollers
– easy to be washed off; soft handfeel of the good
– compatible with the other chemicals used during the pre-treatment: urea, antireducing agent and alkali.
PREPARATION OF THE SOLUTIONS.
MIROX DP100 can be easily dissolved in soft water at room temperature.

APPLICATION
The amounts have to be set in according with the kind of fabric, fiber composition,
quality of the inks and machinery; it is usually suggested: 8-10 g/l.
Indicative recipe for 100% cotton woven fabric:
8-10 g/l APPLIROX DP100
80-100 g/l Urea
30-40 g/l Sodium Bicarbonate
3-5 g/l ANTIREDUCTOR R
