ENAMARC DIGITAL INK

Main Description: Special product of high performances developed for cleaning the pigmentary ink circuit, main tank, filters and piezoelectric heads.

Properties

•  Dilution of the dried or embedded ink in the circuit from the main tank until the printheads.
•  Facilitates the exchange of ink avoiding incompatibilities between the existing and the new ink.
•  Facilitates the heads cleaning in ultrasonic cleaning instruments.
•  Compatible with heads that use high viscosity inks ( Dimatix, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta)
•  Eco-friendly (GOTS, ECO-PASSPORT)

• Application

Injection heads cleaning

 By injection with syringe inside the head through the ink inlet tube in it 

Do not apply a high pressure during the cleaning process.

Inject the ink to the display of a regular cleaner curtain through the nozzles.  in fact We recommend to disassemble the head to perform this operation. Cut off the power supply of the head before handling it

Ultrasonic heads cleaning

Disassemble the head making sure to disconnect the power supply from it before beginning to handle it.

After performing the above process, make sure that the head is filled with cleaning liquid.

Place it in a cleaner bath in the ultrasonic device and set a temperature of 35ºC and a cleaning time of 5 min.

Once it is finished, remove the cleaning liquid from the head by extraction with the syringe. Clean well with cleaner and distilled water.

Exchange of inks

Load after emptying the ENAMIN DIGITAL inks, circulate and empty until the circuit is clean. morevever Add the cleaner of the new ink and the ink to be loaded later.

Storage

Keep in a cool and dry place in well-closed containers, a maximum of 24 months.
