Reactive silicone antifoaming agent for general use without the normal problems suffered with conventional silicone antifoaming agents. It is very stable and easy dispersable and very efficient even at high temperatures.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Good antifoaming agent even for use in JET.

Very good breaking and shearing resistance.

Electrolyte stable.

The antifoam left over on fabrics and machinery is easily removed by rinsing.

Efficient at high temperature.

It doesn’t leave “foam rings” and so it avoids dyestuff stains during dyeing.

It can be used for preparation, bleaching, dyeing, finishing and printing.

PROPERTIES:

Aspect:                                 liquid, white emulsion.

Dispersion:                         reactive polysiloxane dispersion.

Ionic character:                 Non ionic, very slightly anionic.

Stability to:

                Acids:                    Good, usual in dye baths.

                Alkalis:                  Good, usual in dye baths.

                Electrolytes:       Good, superior to 50 gr/l ClNa.

                Temperature:    it may alter at temperatures lower than 4°C.

Dilution:                               pre-disperse in 10-20 times its weight in cold water.
