Levelling and migrating agent for polyamide dyeing with acid and pre metallic dyestuffs.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

It forms complexes with dyestuffs decomposing with time and temperature.

The use of the levelling agent slows down the dyeing and homogenises the color shade as it rises.

It can be used in all types of installations (jet, autoclave, etc…)

With difficult dyes the levelling agent may be used beginning the dyeing in all alkaline medium pH 8-9 with Ammonium or Sodium Carbonate and making it more acidic later on with an acid donor.

It can be used in the washing off of polyamide as much as cellulosic prints.

It has a very high migrating effect.

This product is medium foaming.

In case of working with a high turbulence machine add .2-.5 gr/l ANTIFOAM NCS (N0n Silicon anti foam)
