خمیر چاپ پوششی، مناسب برای زیرکار چاپ پارچه های تیره با قابلیت اضافه نمودن پیگمنت، که برای چاپ نقره ای بسیار ریز مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.

ASULAK SILVER E-R is a Ready-made compound used to obtain “pearly” effects on white and dyed backgrounds.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

                Printing in flat and rotary machines (mesh 125).

                Cotton and its blends.

                Excellent covering power.

                It can be colored with pigments (glitter imitation).

                To improve the shine, it can be calendered at low temperature.

                For Lycra/PA and PES add 4-5 gr/kg CATALIZADOR E-PF.

                At the same time, it can be combined with acid, reactive or disperse dyestuffs as it dosnt oxidise with vaporizing.

                Appearance:                      “pearly” paste.

                Composition:                     compound of different charge resins.

                PH:                                    9.5±0.5.

                Viscosity:                           30.000±3.000 cps.

خمیرهای چاپ  استاندارد  اتحادیه اروپا را داشته و دارای  تاییدیه از INDITEX و BLUE SIGN , OKOTEX می باشند.
