ویژگی اصلی این ماده نرمکن  بهبود انعطاف پذیری و سرخوردگی، الاستیسیته و دوخت پذیری عالی آن است. همجنین این ماده مقاوم در برابر شستشو بوده و زیر دست نهایی آن نرمی عالی دارد. برای منسوجات سلولزی و مصنوعی می توان از این ماده کمکی استفاده نمود.

ترکیب شیمیایی آسومین الاست سیلیکون یا عامل آمین، و وضعیت یونی آن کاتیونی/ نانیونی می باشد.

It makes a three-dimensional reticulation of the silicone

Improves the friction coefficient
Optimize the sewability

APPLICATION
Padding
5 – 30 gr/l ASUMIN ELAST
pH 5 – 5,5 (citric acid)
Absorption 60 – 80%
Drying and polymerizing 3’ at 150oC or 1’ at 170oC

Striping
10 – 20 cc/l PRODER SI
2 – 3 cc/l Hydrochloric acid 37%
30 minutes at 60oC
