Resin for high quality finishing with low content of formaldehyde for cellulosic fibers and its blends. It is a cross-linking promoter of thermoplastic resins in pigment printing and coating processes.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

                Stiff finishing on polyamide and polyester.

                Increases fastness of hydrophobic treatments with ASUPERLE range in synthetic fibres.

                Increases fixation of pigments during the printing process, improving wet and dry rubbing without affecting the handle.

                Its extremely low formaldehyde content and it is accepted by ecological legislation. (ECO-TEX)

                Completely “bad fish smell” free.

                When used in coating with thermoplastic resins it increases the permanence, abrasion resistance and its adhesion.

                In combination of thermoplastic resins, improves winkle recovery testers and washing fastness, on all kind of substracts.

                It doesn’t increase the trend to “mark and write” on fabrics.

                Improves performance of finishings based on thermoplastic resins with physical operations.

                Compatible with most of resins, catalysts, optical brighteners and other finishing additives.

PROPERTIES

                Appearance:                      clear liquid slightly viscous.

                Composition:                     Melamine, formaldehyde precondensated partially etherificated.

                Density:                             1.10-1.15 gr/cc (20°C).

                PH:                                    8.5-10.5.

                Free formaldehyde:             <0.3 ppm

                Solubility:                            mix in cold water.

                Storage stability:                 6 months in original closed container.

                Compatibility:                     compatible with the most kinds of resins, catalys, optics and finishing additives.
