مجموعه خمیر چاپ شفاف که به منظور روکار برای چاپ پارچه های سفید یا روشن مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.این محصول از نوع برداشت رنگی است.

Ready-made printing paste, for printing on backgrounds dyed with dis chargeable dyestuff’s that allows a discharge effect by thermal fixation. (Dry heat).

Formaldehyde, APEO and phthalates free.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

                Fabric and garment printing.

                Cotton and 100% cellulosic fibres.

                Good touch and color value.

CHARACTERISTICS

                Appearance:                      white paste.

                Composition:                     Resin with emulsifiers.

APPLICATION

                White discharge:

                                ASUPRINT DISCHARGE NW/E      900gr/kg

                                REDUCTOR NW                                 40gr/kg

                                BLANCO PIGMENTO A-B                60gr/kg

colored discharge:

                                ASUPRINT DISCHARGE NW/E      930-900 gr/kg

                                PIGMENT (approved)                     30-60 gr/kg

                                REDUCTOR NW                                 40-40 gr/kg

Print and dry at 100°C or at room temperature.

Cure 5 minutes at 160°C.

Eventually wash in cold water with 1 gr/L ASUTOL NSE.
