مجموعه خمیر چاپ شفاف که به منظور روکار برای چاپ پارچه های سفید یا روشن مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. این خمیر از نوع بسیار براق می باشد.

Ready to use compound for textile or squeegee printing application used to obtain shiny effects (Patent leather type).

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Rotary printing. (40 – 125 mesh).

Squeegee printing.

Soft, elastic handle (skin type).

Strong rubbing and washing fastness.

It can be colored with normal pigments.

Appropriate for all kinds of articles. (previous testing is recommended).

If one wishes to calendar, it should be carried out cold, although it is not necessary.

CHARACTERISTICS

                Aspect:                                White paste.

                Composition:                     Synthetic resins compound

                PH:                                         10 ± 0,5.

                Viscosity:                            30 _ 35.000 c.p.s.

APPLICATION:

Print, dry and cure 5 ^minutes at 150˚

OBSERVATIONS

If printing is carried out with wide screens (40 mesh) the effect is superior although

It can be carried out with a 125 mesh.

If the room temperature is very high, lubricate with 10_20 gr/kg of ASULIT E-RE.
