Main description:
BLACK Pigmentary ink of high performance developed to digital printing trough piezoelectric heads whit ink recirculation able to print high viscosity inks. Due their high performance they are suitable on all kind of fibers,with the right pre-treatment.

Properties
- High covering, excellent color performance and bright colors.
- Chemical bonds formation with the fabric to achieve high rubbing, washing and light fastnesses.
- It gives a perfect outline avoiding migration problems.
- Their high stability and reliability allow high printing speeds.
- Compatible with the main brands of print heads with ink recirculation (Dimatix, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta…) and it reduces maintenance.
- Eco-friendly (GOTS, ECO-PASSPORT)
Application
The fabric intended for digital printing must be prepared for printing, we recommend a scorched, gassed or a biopolishing process to avoid the small fibers lifting, having a good diffusion and ink penetration.
Before digital printing with pigmentary inks it must apply a pre-treatment to guaranty the best sharpness, color yield, a reproducing production and good final fastness.
All this process will be applied by padding.
▪ Cotton and Cellulosic fabrics:
ENA INK JET P-CN: 60-150 g/l
pH: 7 ± 0.5
Pick up: 70-85%
Dry at: 100ºC – 120ºC maximum
Digital printing with:
ENAMIN DIGITAL INK
Dry and cure 3 minuts between 160º – 170ºC
To improve the pigmentary digital printing final fastness, we recommend the post treatment below:
ENAFIX IND 20-40 g/l
pH: 5.5 ± 0.5
Pick up: 70-85%
Dry and cure: 3 minuts between 160ºC – 170ºC
To improve the easy-care fabric properties ENAPOL CA can be applied in combination in the same bath.
To improve final hand softeners like CRESIL WPA, O CRESIL TOW can be applied in combination in the same bath.
