محصول ENASOFT 144C در تکمیل پارچه‌های بافته شده یا کشباف ۱۰۰٪ پنبه استفاده شده، به پارچه‌ها نرمی و لطافت می‌بخشد و می‌تواند به طور قابل توجهی نرمی پارچه عمل‌آوری شده را افزایش دهد. 

ضمن داشتن سازگاری و پایداری بالا برای انواع الیاف طبیعی یا مصنوعی مناسب بوده و زردی بسیار کمی به محصول می دهد.

Properties and Features:

  1. Used in the finishing of woven or knitted fabrics of 100% cotton or PES, impart fabrics with soft and bulk handle, can remarkably increase the smoothness of treated fabric.
  2. Very low yellowing and color destortion
  3. It can be easily dissolved in warm water more than 50 celsius degree.
  4. With good stability and compatibility. It is stable in bath within pH range 2.0-12.0, has excellent compatibility with other cationic finishing agent.
  5. Suitable for pad and exhaust process.
  6. It’s also suitable for all kinds of natural or synthetic fibers.

 

 

Application Process:

  1. Emulsion preparation: put flake into container, then add water to the set concentration(8~10%), increase temperature to 50 Celsius degree, then stir and dissolve it.
  2. Pad process: dosage is 20-80g/L(the prepared emulsion), dry after padding(room temperature).
  3. Exhaust process: dosage is 0.2-0.8% (o.w.f.)

                    Temperature:  30-40 Celsius degree

                    Time:        10-15min

Package & Storage:

PP bag net 25kgs lined with PE or Carboard drum net 25kgs lined with PE, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
