Low foaming detergent / wetting agent with ecological non-volatile solvents for degreasing synthetic fibres. PRODER RK MOD is specially indicated for silicone oil removal contained on polyurethane fibers blended with cotton, polyester and polyamide.

 SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Removal of silicone oil on polyurethane fibres.

Removal of oil stains.

Alkaline degreasing of polyamide tights in cabinets and other kinds of machines.

Simultaneous polyamide degreasing and dyeing.

Degreasing of polyester, polyamide/Lycra etc.

 PROPERTIES

Appearance:                      Colorless, transparent liquid.

Composition:                      Blend of non-ionic surfactants and ecological solvents.

Ionicity:                                Non-ionic.

Active material:                 62%

Dry residue:                        approx 38,5%

pH 10%:                                7,5 ± 1

Dilution:                               In water at any ratio.

Stability

Acids:                     Good in normal dyeing conditions.

Alkalis:                  Good in degreasing conditions.

Anionics:              Good.

Ionics:                    Good.

Cationics:             Good.

Foam: Low. It reduces when the temperature and alkalinity increase.
