Covering white with a good handle used for fabric printing.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

                Flat screen and rotary machines.

                It allows printing with very fine screens and 125 mesh, in rotary machines.

                Cotton and its blends.

                Good washing fastness.

Due to the high concentration of bioxide it is possible to dilute it and to obtain different levels of whiteness.

PROPERTIES

                Appearance:      Thick, white paste.

                Composition:     Compounds with resins and Titanium bioxide.

                PH:                         9.5±0.5

                Viscosity 20°C:   30.000±2.500 cps

APPLICATION:

                Stir, print and dry.

                Cure for 5 minutes at 150°C.

**Note**: In cases of extreme heat, add:

                20 gr/Kg.              Urea

                20 gr/Kg.              ASULIT E-RE
