Catalase for removing Peroxide remains in textile processes.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

• Removal of remaining Peroxide in bleaching processes, totally necessary if the afterwards dyeing with reactive or some direct dyestuff.
• It offers several ecological advantages compared to chemical auxiliaries.
• It does not affect dyestuffs if the dye bath is used.

PROPERTIES

 

Appearance:                       Brown liquid.

Composition:                      Aspergillus Niger catalase

Concentration: 300 BU/gr.

pH :                                        5,2 – 5,3

Density:                                1,1 ± 0,5

Units:                                     One unit activity decomposes 66 mgr. H₂O₂ in 1 h. at 25 ºC. pH 7.

Storage:                               It should be stored in a cool place to prolong stability.
